My Top 5 Personality Signatures

As an effective person, one of my “secrete” is to understand my strengths and behaviors, and then develop strategies to meet and exceed the demands of my daily lives, my career, and my family.

Those Top 5 Personality Signatures are concluded from CliftonStrengths survey. They are the five most dominant themes of my talent and the core reasons behind my consistent successes.

#1. Learner

Definition:

People exceptionally talented in the Learner theme have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. The process of learning, rather than the outcome, excites them.

I love to learn. I love both the subject matter and the process of learning itself. The thrill of the first few facts, the early efforts to recite or practice what I have learned, the growing confidence of a skill mastered – this is the process that entices me. It enables me to thrive in dynamic work environments where I’m asked to take on one project after another.

#2. Achiever

Definition:

People exceptionally talented in the Achiever theme work hard and possess a great deal of stamina. They take immense satisfaction in being busy and productive.

Achievement is a constant need of mine. Every day starts at zero, and by the end of the day, I must achieve something tangible. There is an internal fire burning inside me. It pushes me to do more, to achieve more. It brings me the energy to work, to move, to go through whatever tough period with smiles, to be initiative, creative and productive.

#3. Input (Searcher)

Definition:

People exceptionally talented in the Input theme have a need to collect and archive. They may accumulate information, ideas, artifacts or even relationships.

I search through my life to collect things – tangible objects and intangible properties. The reason for me to collect them is simply because they’re interesting, they keep my mind fresh, and they’re something that show my journey all the way. They’re valuable to me, and will prove valuable to others, one day.

#4. Arranger

Definition:

People exceptionally talented in the Arranger theme can organize, but they also have a flexibility that complements this ability. They like to determine how all of the pieces and resources can be arranged for maximum productivity.

To me, any thing is arrangeable to be a better way. As an example of effective flexibility, I was often asked, “How can you keep so many things in your head at once, while those things keep changing?” I always jump into dynamics, complexity and even confusions,  hunting for new paths and looking for the perfect arrangements.

#5. Strategic

Definition:

People exceptionally talented in the Strategic theme create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.

Strategic thinking is one of my special perspective on the world at large. This perspective allows me to see patterns through complexity and sort through the clutter and find the best route.

Everyone is one of a kind, with a unique set of talents and strengths. Our greatest talents – the way in which we most naturally think, feel and behave – represent our innate power and potential. By looking into my strengths, I’m tapping into my source of wisdom and power, to be more efficient, more productive and more confident.
